BOOKING PROCESS

PLEASE NOTE:  We are not taking the photos!
We provide the staged setups and you bring your own camera or photographer!

1) 

After clicking the “HENDERSON SETUP” button below, select (click) the service “Henderson Christmas Stated Setup” on the left side. 

2) 

On the next page, select your package:

  • $50 (non-refundable, due at booking)

  • Staged Setup with Team Member (We provide one of our team members to snap your photos using your equipment, phone, or camera. Team members are NOT professional photographers – just available to take your group photos in a pinch)
    $75.00 (non-refundable, due at booking)

  • THEN CLICK THE RED BOOK NOW BUTTON

Under the calender, select the red “Go to next available” button.  This will take you to available times on December 7th. 

Henderson Sessions:  15 min. increments, but 30 minutes total (15 mins with the Red Bus setup, 15 mins the Hot Cocoa Stand setup).  If you need more time, please book multiple sessions

Select a time slot and click it.

4)  

On the final page, enter your contact & payment information, pay the booking fee, and click “Book Appointment”

  • The total due for a session is a required prepaid.  Appointments may be rescheduled to another available time, but will not be refunded.  No-shows at your appointment time will not be refunded. 
  • In the event of inclement weather, photo sessions will be rescheduled for the very next day or the following weekend (same time same location).
