Staged Setups

1) 

After clicking the “BOOK NOW” button below, select (check) the service on the right side. 

2) 

On the next page, select from the available days:

• CATTLE CHRISTMAS is at Whitworth Cattle Co. in South Henderson, TX only on November 18th.  Scroll the calendar over to November.

• HENDERSON is in North Henderson, TX only on December 2nd.  
  Scroll the calendar over to December.

• TYLER is at the ROC – Green Acres in Tyler, TX only on November 18th.  
  Scroll the calendar over to November.

3)  

Under the calendar, you will see available time slots, and select one.

Each session is 15 min. increments, but 30 minutes total (15 mins with the Main Setup and 15 mins with the secondary staging).  If you need more time, please book multiple sessions

4)  

Fill in your contact & payment information, pay the booking fee*, and click Book Appointment

• The total due for a session is a required prepaid.  Appointments may be rescheduled to another available time, but will not be refunded.  No-shows at your appointment time will not be refunded. 
• In the event of inclement weather, photo sessions will be rescheduled for the very next day or the following weekend (same time same location).
